Which sports do you support?
Tennis, padel, badminton, squash, cricket, table tennis, pool, billiards, bowling, pickleball, basketball and volleyball.
Do you handle memberships and vouchers?
Yes. Memberships with automatic discounts, vouchers and packs with expiry rules, and add-ons at checkout.
Can I run multiple locations?
Pro supports up to three locations. Business supports up to five. Enterprise is unlimited.
How do payments work?
Stripe online checkout is embedded in your booking flow. Players can pay by card, wallet credit, or split a booking with friends.
What happens with refunds and reschedules?
You set refund rules once. Reschedules with a price difference charge or refund the delta automatically, so the front desk isn't doing math.
Who is Anna?
Anna is our admin assistant, available on the Business plan. She answers plain-English questions about bookings, revenue and trends — using a language model to classify what you're asking, then querying your live data deterministically. You see the numbers behind every answer. Pricing suggestions are occupancy-based math, not a black box.
Is SportZentra GDPR-ready?
We provide export and deletion tools, keep audit trails on critical actions, and follow privacy best practices.
Is Anna an AI chatbot?
Yes — Anna is an AI assistant built for venue operators. She uses a language model to understand your question, then answers from your venue’s live data deterministically. The numbers come from your data, not from the model, and nothing changes in your venue without you deciding it.
Can SportZentra help with pricing decisions?
SportZentra supports pricing rules and can help operators understand demand patterns across peak times, quiet periods, sports and special days. Future intelligence features can provide suggestions, but operators remain in control of final pricing decisions.
Does SportZentra use venue data?
Your venue’s data is yours. We use it to run your venue — bookings, payments, memberships, operations and reporting — and for nothing else. It is never sold and never used to train AI models. Any future cross-venue benchmarking would be anonymised, privacy-safe and clearly communicated first.
Is there a mobile app for players?
Yes. Players can find a court, book, pay and manage their games from the SportZentra app, with wallet, memberships, loyalty and reminders built in. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
Can I bring my existing bookings and members with me?
Yes. During onboarding we work with you to bring across your members, memberships and upcoming bookings, so you don’t start from an empty calendar.
How long does setup take?
Most venues are ready in a few days: locations, courts and schedules first, then pricing and payments. Guided setup is included with Pro and above — and Starter is free, so you can explore at your own pace before committing.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data stays yours. You can export your bookings, customers and financial records, and request full deletion. All plans are month-to-month — no lock-in is the point.
Do you support classes, academies and coaching?
Yes. You can run class series and academy terms with enrollment, waitlists, coach rosters and attendance — alongside regular court bookings. Tools for independent coaches are coming next; coaches can join the waitlist today.
