What happens if I go over included bookings?

You pay the per-booking overage rate for your plan. No service interruption, no surprise invoices.

Is there a contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your admin.

Do you offer onboarding help?

Guided setup is included with Pro and above. Enterprise includes a named onboarding contact.

What's the free marketing website?

On Pro and above, we'll build (or redesign) the marketing site that wraps around your booking app — Home, About, Coaches, Contact, and any custom pages you need. Pick a template, host on your own domain or a sportzentra.com subdomain, and we'll set it up with the content you provide.

Do prices include VAT?

Plan prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added on your invoice where required by law.

Are payment processing fees included?

Stripe’s standard payment processing fees apply separately to online payments, as with any payment provider. SportZentra’s per-booking fees are flat and don’t scale with the booking amount.
